Brian started Peak Potential Limited in 2003 to assist individuals and companies to consistently achieve success in both their personal and professional lives by unlocking the power within.

Brian has over 20 years management consultancy, sales and personal and management training experience gained in Blue Chip companies and with individuals in a variety of industry sectors, including Information Technology, Communications, Finance, Utilities and Government in Ireland, UK and Europe.

He was educated in Brighton where he received a Higher National Diploma in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. He has completed many training programmes since completing the HND which includes, IITD Cert. in training & Development, Train the Trainer, Advanced Presentations Skills, Achievers Coaching Program, Psychometric Profiling, Sales, Negotiations Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Facilitation and an extensive number of personal development courses.

In the areas of Personal and Management Development, he has written, developed, and presented programmes on Personal Development, Work/Life Balance, Management Development, Customer Relationship Management, Coaching Skills, Advanced Communication Skills, Professional Presentation Skills, and a variety of Telephone and Field Based Sales Programmes as well as bespoke Team Building Programmes. Brian is also highly regarded professional speaker & facilitator.
